Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the purchase date as long as the original price tags are still attached to the piece. Used or worn items not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

Returns must be packaged appropriately to ensure their safe arrival. Bubble mailers and envelopes are highly discouraged. Nicole Wayne is not responsible for items received in damaged condition due to insufficient packaging.
